Lamb Pilau

Pilau is a Rice Dish which has different ingredidents. You can also make vegetarian although the recipe I am giving you today is made with Lamb.
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon Oil
1 Tablespoon of Butter
2 Onions Sliced
1 Tsp. of Crushed Garlic
Some Fresh Ginger
Chili Powder 1 Tsp
1 Tsp. of Tumeric
! Tsp. of Garam Masala
2 Tbspoon if Plain Yogurt
2 Sliced Tomatoes
Packet of Minced Lamb
RICE
2 Cups if Basmati Rice
5 Cups of Water
Cloves (as neccesary)
Black Cumin Seeds
Black Peppercorns
Fresh Cilantro
Some Lime Juice

Steps:
Wash Rice and drain
Add oil in frying pan, fry tomatoes and onions till golden brown
Lower, and add the rest of the spices and ingredients (except Lamb) and fry for a minute
NOW fry lamb, ON HIGH, but do not burn
Put rinsed Rice and Cumun Seeds, Pepper Corns as they boil (for 2 minutes)
spread Cooked lamb over rice. Garnish with Cilantro etc.

Check if meat is cooked otherwise dont eat ;)
