A good appetizer to get your taste buds to water before the main course...
Ingredients
A Packet of Ground Lamb
Large Chopped Onion
2 Crushed Garlic Cloves
Small Piece of Fresh Ginger
Green Chilli (optional)
1 tablespoon of Chili Powder
Some Chopped fresh Cilantro
1 Tablespoon of Garam Masala (you will have to get at an Indian Store)
Some ground Coriender
Some Ground Cumin
Some Salt
An egg
1 Tablespoon of Plain Yogurt
A little Oil
Steps:
Put all the ingredients in a food prcessor (except oil, yogurt) until mixture blends nicely.
Once Finished Spoon into a clean bowl and let marinate over night
Preheat Grill and make into sausage shapes of as many as you would like (numerous little ones or a smaller quantity of larger ones)
Brish with oil and yogurt and grill for 8-10 minutes until brown all over
If a little spicy I recomend you make some raita:
Mix one cup of Plain yogurt, finely chopped cucumber, freshmint, (onions optional) and salt
NOTE: If Red Meat is not your forte you can try with chicken.......
