Vegetable Samosas

After ALL the requests here it is "THE SAMOSAS" I thought I would give as the treat to conclude my month of blogging with......
Ingredients
3 Large Boiled Potatoes
Cup of Peas (frozen/canned/fresh)
1 tsp of Coriender
1 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp of dry mango powder
1 onion finely choppped
2 fresh green chilies (if you like them real spicy)
cilantro chopped
some chopped mint leaves
lemon juice
salt
(for the "soft bread like" wrapping around the samosa it is kind of hard to explain how to make in direction form. I heard some advice that you shoulde use some sheets of Filo Pastry (never tried but give me some feedback)
Steps:
Cut 28 strips of Filo Pastries and brish with oil
Toss ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended (almost mushy)
Put the 1 tbsp of the mixing into a strip of the filo pastry and fold into triangle shape. bake for 10-15 minutes (or deep fry) continue for 27 more times
